An original villa, which dates back some 300 years and has been recently restored respecting the characteristic features of its original Ibicencan construction and incorporating the most current and modern installations for your total comfort.

At Sa Paissa you will find six elegant and spacious double suites, three with “King size” (200x200cm) beds, two suites with single beds which can be converted into double king size beds, depending on your needs, and a twin bedroom, all with en-suite shower rooms and air conditioning.

The barbecue area, a second fully equipped covered kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, a large wooden table for 12 people and rest area with chaise-longue sofa.

The immediate outdoor area of the house has a large patio with teak sunloungers and a large Balinese chill-out pergola. A nice fish pond and a circular swimming pool (6m in diameter) with Greek seating.

On the upper part of the villa you will find a 15m long infinity swimming pool, a delight for the swimmers, and a large terrace solarium with Balinese beds, wide views of the mountains and peaceful valley, pure nature.

Its 80.000m2 of land are located on a Protected Natural Space (ANEI), many tracks which are ideal for relaxing walks or bike rides. A visit to the small hill top is a must at only 100 metres from the villa, where you will find and idylic spot with a wooden pergola with views of the islet of Es Vedrá, the sea and sunsets.
